OPERATING HOURS

Our administrator, accessible via Line Official @bui.moments, operates 7 days a week from 9:00 to 22:00 (GMT+7), unless otherwise notified.

Please note that our warehouse operates on Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+7), excluding Thailand's national holidays.
- Regardless of these operating hours, you can conveniently visit our website, www.buimoments.com, to place an order, make adjustments, edit information, and access your customer account at any time. Or contact us via info@buimoments.com for any inquiry.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your order.

- Expect an email notification within 3 working days to inform you that your order is on its way.
MESSENGER SERVICE
- During checkout, please enter your address and select the ship option, then click the "continue to shipping" button.
- Our messenger service is available for addresses within Bangkok, Thailand, specifically during our headquarters' working hours. If the messenger service option does not appear during checkout, it means your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00 can be delivered the same day before 18:00, except for orders with embroidery. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next operating day.

Please note that our messenger service is provided by a trusted third-party company, and the delivery fee will be collected from you upon receipt unless you choose to use any available quota from our membership privileges. Please click here to see more information on our membership benefits.

To ensure the safety of your invaluable order, we reserve the right to choose a delivery guarantee that fully covers the value of the products in the package.
- To stay updated on the status of your delivery, please keep in touch with us via our Line Official Account (@bui.moments). Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you with real-time tracking information.

We ship domestically with services from Kerry Express. It may take from 1 to 3 days, depending on the destination. We offer 100THB flat rate shipping within Thailand. However, if your purchase is over 3,000 THB or if there is free shipping promotion, the shipping fee will be supported by us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with services from DHL Express. Standard international shipping may take from 4 to 21 days, while Express international shipping may take from 4 to 7 days on avarage, depending on the destination.
