  • Messenger Service (within Bangkok) by third-party company : Only available in Bui Headquarter’s operating hours, Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 : Fee by recipient
  • Domestic Shipping (within Thailand) by Kerry Express : 1-3 days : Free shipping for orders over 3,000 THB, otherwise we offer 100 THB flat-rate shipping fee.
  • International Shipping (Worldwide) by DHL : 4-21 days : Fee will be auto-calculated at check out.

Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We accept returns only when the item has defect at it’s origin and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@buimoments.com or Line Official @bui.moments with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Care Instructions

Treat your Bui's Mulberry Silk with the utmost care for a long-lasting luxurious feel.

  • Use a gentle, pH neutral liquid detergent. Best if specifically designed for silk fabrics.
  • Hand wash or use delicate wash bag in cool water (30°C) or dry clean.
  • Avoid soaking, wringing or tumble dry.
  • Iron in low heat setting (110°C) and iron on the reverse side of the fabric.
  • Avoid direct sunlight when drying and storage.
  • Do not bleach or use Trichloroethylene.
