How to use

Direction
Position a candle vertically on a flat, stable surface. Light candles with a long lighter or long match. Melt the entire tio layer of wax during the first burn. Burn candles for a maximum of 4 hours. Trim candle wick to be 0.3 to 0.7 cm tell before each use.

Warning
Always keep a burning candle within sight. Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Thailand) by Kerry Express : 1-3 days : Free shipping for orders over 3,000 THB, otherwise we offer 100 THB flat-rate shipping fee.
  • International Shipping (Worldwide) by DHL : 4-21 days : Fee will be auto-calculated at check out.

Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We accept returns only when the item has defect at it’s origin and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@buimoments.com or Line Official @bui.moments with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
